This is Pramod K Soni, your Hospitality Business Development Advisor. I have achieved Hospitality Management Qualification from Melbourne, Australia with Major in Commercial Cookery . With more than 10 years of professional experience in Hotel & Restaurant Industries and with sound knowledge of Standard Indian Cuisine, Italian, Continental , Chinese, Thai and Malaysian Dishes, i am here to use my education and experience in development of Nepal's Hospitality Industry and to give new and real internation food taste to our community who are away from experience of these dishes.
As i have mentioned in about me tab, i have done Hospitality Management with Major Commercial Cookery. I also have done Bachelor of IT, Diploma of Electronics & Communication Engineering, Digital Multimedia & Interactive Designs.
I am also a media personnel. I along with my team in overseas broadcasts First Nepalese Multilingual Radio which broadcasts from Melbourne Australia. As a hobby, i also perform as Radio Jockey and works as news editor. Also, i do experiments with foods and work to bring out some fusion taste as it is a slogan of latest restaurant industries . Fusion taste means modification and mix of different cuisine taste in a same dish.
I have done my research in Nepalese Hospitality Industries and found ,except few Big Hotels , most of restaurant business industries are not serving quality and hygienic food with authentic taste of food item.
Most of restaurant are using same dishes with a predictable recipes which means customers are not getting exactly what they are paying for. Because of this behavior, customers find them self unsatisfied and not getting value for money. This leads business to drop down.
I will teach you new recipies , way of doing hospitality business and help you to boom up your business with my International Qualification. I will teach you new taste and new way of kitchen development which will help you develop your business as per international standard.
